After my first baby, I knew I could do better. I was taking a basic one a day prenatal, and later found out I have a variant of the MTHFR gene and I can't absorb some vitamins unless they're methylated. Luckily, halfway through my second pregnancy, I switched to bloom by birthright and I felt the difference very quickly! I stayed with them for the next two pregnancies, and this time I'll be trying Flourish as well! I was told about Birthright and Bloom from a friend of mine. I am starting the TTC journey for my third baby and have been taking beef organ supplements for about 2 years now but was disappointed when I switched from my beef organ supplements to my garden of life prenatal and felt like I needed to switch every other day with my beef organs still.
