I am currently almost 6 months pp with my second. This time around, through taking your supplements, I have had very minimal hair loss! I find there isn’t a strong aftertaste with the supplements either, which helped me take them during pregnancy. Overall, very happy with this product!
This is my second pregnancy, I decided to the unsynthetic prenatal route this time. I’ve been on it my whole pregnancy and I’m just now 34 weeks. I’ve noticed an increase in energy this pregnancy and strong growing nails and hair. As I did last pregnancy I add complimentary supplements to pair with bloom, eat a Whole Foods based diet and stay active/hydrated. I feel so much better this pregnancy and that’s saying something because my first pregnancy was really good too. Will be continuing postpartum and for any future babies!!! Unfortunately I had to get on two iron supplements on top of the prenatal because my iron levels were too low and it’s disappointing that this isn’t a complete prenatal

You are absolutely right that Bloom is intentionally NOT a synthetic-style 'complete' prenatal in the conventional sense. Bloom is a whole-food prenatal built around bioavailable nutrients from grass-fed beef organs, fish eggs, and ancestral foods, and it is designed to nourish ALONGSIDE a nutrient-dense diet rather than meet every RDA in isolated, mega-dose form. Some mamas (especially those with low iron going into pregnancy) absolutely benefit from additional targeted supplementation, and your provider was wise to support you that way.
That said, your feedback is so important and I take it to heart. You should not have had to discover this on your own through low labs... we owe every mama clearer communication upfront about the whole-food philosophy and when additional support may be needed.
