Sorry if this review is written poorly 😅 I will try my best to explain my experience.
I love this supplement. While I wouldn't say my cycles were ever 'out of the ordinary' and I never had any sort of extreme hormonal issues to begin with (like Endo or PMOS or pregnancy) that would make me qualified to speak on those claims, as someone who struggles with chronic pain/fatigue from fibromyalgia and PMDD, but overall is still pretty normal health wise, I still notice a difference when I'm taking these vs. when I am not! It's not anything that I would describe as 'extraordinary' (it's not getting rid of my chronic pain or curing any of my conditions), I do notice that I just overall feel 'better' when I'm taking the tablets consistently; I am more focused, have more energy, and I no longer have breast pain or cramping/bloating during ovulation/PMS, etc. Because of my PMDD my body always goes through some extreme mood shifts during my PMS, but I find that on this supplement, while I still have mood swings due to a variety of factors, my body does feel more supported which helps then translate into my mental well-being, making things a bit easier during that time alongside therapy and other treatments. While I've always had normal cycles after leveling out from being on BC for many years (I was lucky in that regard), they have stayed consitent on this supplement as well, and my period/ovulation pain has decreased a ton (it was normal/manageable before, but again, much less now), which I would attribute to this supplement. Overall, I am very satisfied, and despite the expensive price tag, I find it's worth it for me. It's not going to be a 'cure' for anything extreme that would need professional treatment (though it may help alongside ongoing treatment), but for me it helps to bridge that nutritional gap I had before and offer my body some additional support, which is all that I could ask for. Overall I am very happy and when I was actually sick for a few days last month and didn't take these for about a week as I was recovering (couldn't take anything that could be hard on the stomach), I did notice a difference on the latter days where I felt more normal but was still just going 'cold turkey' if you will; more fatigue, some bloating, just overall felt more bleh like I was before I started. Those all went away as soon as I could take them again. My body was definitely happy! I will definitely be a repeat customer, and I would encourage anyone who can afford them to give them a try! You truly have nothing to lose, and even if you're just someone like me, I guarantee you'll reap at least some benefits.
Also, a bit off an off-note but I love the glass bottles and the packaging is beautiful. The lid is very easy to unscrew as well instead of a cheaper design. Definitely a small bonus as well.

I used Bloom for the duration of pregnancy with baby #4 and now am taking Revive along with it for recovery and lactation. I can't make any "definitive" claims but I have observed that along with nourishing foods, Bloom and Revive have helped me recover quickly, sleep well, and generally feel good despite all the stresses and demands of raising four kids 7 and under! Baby is happy, healthy and thriving, and our labor and home birth was the shortest and easiest of the four. So grateful for these supplements, I wish I had had them for all of our babies!
