Refund Policy

At Birthright, we pour our hearts into every bottle... sourcing the cleanest organ meats, the wildest fish eggs, and the most ancestral ingredients nature has to offer. We make these supplements for you... for the woman walking the sacred path of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or hormonal healing. And because we believe so deeply in what we create, we want you to feel safe trying it.

Our 60-Day Window

You have a full 60 days from the moment your order arrives at your door to request a return... and this is a no questions asked promise. We know you can’t tell if Bloom, Revive, or Flourish is working for your body without actually trying it, so opened bottles are absolutely welcome back. Whether you’ve taken one capsule or half the bottle, we will take care of you.

We do gently ask one thing... if our supplements didn’t feel right for you, we’d love to hear why. Not to talk you out of your return, but because your feedback helps us serve future mamas better. Every woman’s body tells a story, and yours matters to us.

To start your return, simply reach out and we’ll send a return shipping label along with simple instructions for where to send your package. Please contact us before sending anything back... items returned without a request first cannot be accepted.

If Something Arrives Damaged or Not Quite Right

We are so sorry. Glass has a mind of its own sometimes, and the journey from our hands to yours isn’t always gentle.

Please take a moment to inspect your order when it arrives, and reach out to us right away if anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right... no questions asked. We may gently ask for a photo of the damage, not to make things harder for you, but so we can continue improving our packaging and protect future mamas from the same disappointment.

Exchanges

The quickest path to getting what your body is asking for is to return the original item, and once that return is accepted, place a fresh order for what you’d like instead. This way, your new bottle is on its way to you without delay.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once your return arrives back to us, we’ll inspect it and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

A gentle note... banks and credit card companies move on their own timeline, so it can take a few extra days for the refund to show up on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still don’t see it, please reach out to us and we’ll look into it personally.
