The modern world is loaded with synthetic and otherwise toxic chemicals, as well as the invisible enemies…non native EMFs and “negative” energy from peoples, institutions, and entertainers. It’s our duty to protect ourselves, as well as expecting mothers, infants, and children from these harmful inputs. Once we become aware, it is a matter of choosing the natural products over the endocrine disrupting ones. Our body absorbs much of what we apply to our skin and goes straight into the bloodstream, and if pregnant, making its way to a developing baby. Be mindful of ingredients and avoid fragrance/parfum, parabens, phthalates, and sulfates. Avoid using conventional feminine products. Switch from plastic to glass, cook with stainless steel or cast iron. Unplug your wireless routers at night…and make sure you are not engaged in or consuming the negative inputs from Hollywood or otherwise diseased culture…and at the very least shield the little ones from it and protect their imagination! Re-learn the folk songs from your grandmothers or great grandmother’s generation. Simply searching for folklore or songs from _______ ancestry is a great place to start. Take it one day at a time and do the best that you can. Start with one product and research a cleaner alternative. Toxic thoughts and people are also just as dangerous as unnatural chemicals. Begin to cultivate self-love and worth. Speak kindly to yourself, mama. Your children are listening.
